Billy G. McNeely, age 93, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Billy was born August 20, 1928.
A graveside service for Billy will be held Monday, October 4, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904.
