Bobby G. Ransom, 88, of El Paso, TX. Passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at his home surrounded by family. He proudly served 20 years in the United States Navy and is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Margaret; two sons Bobby, Jr. (Ruby) and David(Monica); two grandchildren, Ashly Nieto(Darren), and Kessler Ransom; two great grandchildren Serena and Legend Nieto; siblings Hansel, Jimmy, and BA., and many more loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, located at 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915, on November 24, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will also take place at the same venue on November 24, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A graveside service with full military honors is scheduled at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906, on November 25, 2025, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. Procession may begin lining up at 8:00 am and will be departing for the cemetery at 9:30 am.
Pallbearers will be Bobby G. Ransom Jr. , Kessler Ransom, Javier Valdez, Mike Holley, Seth Mills and Darren Nieto
