Carlos B. Ruelas

Carlos is survived by his daughter Veronica Paredes (Juan); his son Luis Carlos Ruelas (Rose); his daughter Diana Ruelas (Alfred); his daughter Elizabeth Suarez (Rafael); and his son Anthony Ruelas.

Mr. Ruelas also leaves behind his grandchildren Juan Paredes, Cecilia, Sofia, Christian, and Rebecca Ruelas, Brandon Lee and Alfredo Angelo Lopez, Brandy, Angeles, Jezebel, Jazmyn, and Gia Suarez, and one great grandchild Noah to cherish his memory.

A visitation for Carlos will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 PM.
