Charles Kenneth Mitchell Jr., 69, born September 13, 1947 passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017. Preceded in death by son; Kenneth Andrew Mitchell. Charles is survived by his wife; Patricia A. Mitchell son; Brian Matthew Mitchell daughter; Jennifer Marie Mitchell and Melissa Ann Mitchell. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 North Carolina Dr. with a vigil at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be Monday, July 10, 2017 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Inurnment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
