Charles Neal Viggato

Charles Neal Viggato "The V", December 18, 2014, age 72. Resident of El Paso, Texas. Chuck was a dedicated husband and father, always teaching the importance of a strong work ethic. A master storyteller, Chuck loved to talk to people and faithfully gave his time and attention to those in need. He had an intensity second to none. Chuck dutifully served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged receiving a number of medals including the Air Force Commendation Medal. Chuck tirelessly served his clients as a tax accountant for over 40 years through his firm C.N. Viggato & Co. A periodic lecturer at El Paso Community College, he had a passion for teaching accounting and encouraging young adults to seek higher education. Chuck is survived by Olga Viggato, his wife of 31 years, sons Charles and Douglas, grandchildren Andrew, Bryan and Siena, and an abundance of beautiful extended family and beloved friends. Visitation will be at Martin Funeral Home, 128 N. Resler Dr., El Paso TX on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 5:00-8:00pm. Burial Service will be at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at 9:30am
