

David Frias, 44, a 1991 graduate of El Paso High (Tiger) and a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX was called up to the major leagues by our good Lord on November 4th, 2016. For those of you that knew our gentle grouch, you knew he was a big ol' teddy bear full of love. God has gained an amazing, loving, caring son, brother, father, cousin, nino, brother-in-law & friend. He is survived by both parents David and Silvia Frias, Maternal Grandmother Elisa Acosta, amazing son David Alfredo Frias, two sisters Sylvia and Cynthia Frias, two brothers Chris and Tony Frias, two nieces Danielle Acevedo and Cynthia Lanning, 6 nephews Daniel Frias, Ismael Estupinan, Carlos Estupinan, Nathan Acevedo, Christian Lanning (godson) and Gabriel A. Frias (godson). Two sister-in-law’s Gisela Gracia-Frias and Carla Acevedo. Brother-in-law Julio Acevedo. In-laws Alfredo and Inez Lopez. Mother of his son Patricia Lopez and many aunt’s uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by Grandpa Audelio Acosta, Grandpa David Frias, Grandma Gloria Frias, nephew Julio C. Acevedo and cousin, Carlitos Vargas. Our beloved duckling David, with such a very heavy heart, it’s time that we let you go play with the big boys. Please watch over us as you travel the world and enjoy eternal life pain free and worry free. This is not a good bye our duckling but a see you soon. Visitation from 5-9 pm, Tuesday, November 8th at F.D.A. Martin East with a Vigil at 7 pm. Mass at 10 am, Wednesday, November 9th, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Graveside Service at 11:30 at Mt.
