DELFINA DIAZ, 81, passed away in El Paso on January 27, 2014. She was born in Valentine, Texas on May, 20, 2014, the daughter of Narciso Melendez and Micaela Minjarez. Delfina is survived by her husband Pablo Diaz; sons; Ruben, Hector, Enrique and Pablo Diaz, daughters; Abelia Licon, Margarita Rodarte, Irene Gurany, Carmen Diaz, and Laura Yglesias; brother Alberto Minjarez, and sisters Antonia, Josefina, and Teresa; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina Chapel with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Little Flower Catholic Church Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
