Edmund Favela

Edmund “Mundo” Favela, born April 6,1955 made his ascent to heaven on September 18,2024. He was 69 years old. Edmund is survived by his daughter Lorraine Jackson and two sons, Jacob and Robert Favela. 4 sisters Norma, Marty, Linda and Margaret and 2 brothers Ricky and David. Loving grandfather of 10 grandkids and 4 great grandkids. US Army veteran 1st battalion 12th Calvary division receiving a National defense service medal along with Marksman and sharp shooter awards with most of his time served over seas in Germany. Edmund had a profound love for his entire family and all of his friends. He will be missed by so many people as he cruises his Harley through the pearly gates of heaven.

A visitation for Edmund will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX 79936. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 4, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, TX 79915. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 4, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
