Her parents were Irish descendants named Robert E. Doyle and Mildred Doyle, formerly Mildred Cotton. Sadly, her Mother Mildred passed away when Eileen was only six years old. Her Father Robert later found love again in Mildred Steubing Doyle, Eileen’s Stepmother.
Eileen Bride Schott grew up in Leon Valley, Texas with her 4 siblings Robert, Joyce, John, Diana, and her cousin Fay. All of which have now returned home to Jesus. She graduated from Northside High school where she was Salutatorian of her class, her current best friend Betty Ann was Valedictorian. She was head drum majorette, president of the student council, and head of the homecoming committee. She also was a cheerleader and a basketball player at Northside High school. After graduating high school Eileen married Rudolph Schott, they lived on the Schott ranch and she had her first born son James Patrick Schott. Nine years later, Eileen had her daughter Jean Marie Schott and shortly after moved to El Paso, Texas with her family. She worked at Ft. Bliss as a supervisory budget analyst for over 30 years. She loved reading, traveling, gardening, and surrounding herself with the love from her family. Something many might not know about Eileen is she was a talented artist. Often helping care for little Eileen while her mother Jean worked.
Eileen passed away peacefully in the early morning hours surrounded by her closest family. Her son James, daughter Jean, and granddaughter Eileen Elise never left her side.
