Emma Lechuga, 81 years old passed away peacefully on August 22, 2012. It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved mother, and grandmother. She is preceded by the death of her husband Ramon Lechuga, son Leopold Lechuga and granddaughter Maria Gallardo. Emma is survived by her children Patricia Ruiz, Carolina Sandoval, Frank Velo, Ramon Lechuga Jr., Arturo Lechuga, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Viewing visitation will be held Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 5:00 until 9:00 pm followed by Rosary at 7:00 pm at Harding Orr & McDaniel Funeral Home, 320 Montana Avenue. Mass will be held Monday, August 27th at St. Pius Church Catholic Church, 1050 N. Clark at 1:00 pm followed by burial at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
