She was born August 10, 1938, and was a lifelong El Pasoan. She attended Aoy School and graduated from El Paso Tech High School in 1957.
She began her working career at Farah Manufacturing in January 1961, and worked there 27 years till the plant closed. After Farah she worked in the medical community as an office manager at Providence, Sierra, and Central City Dialysis.
She retired in 2003 to tend her garden and enjoy the company of her friends at the Memorial Senior Citizens Center. She especially enjoyed their day trips to Ruidoso.
She moved to her new home in Kern Place in 2018, where she enjoyed relaxing on her front porch, watching her birds and greeting her neighbors as they walked by.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Patricia (husband Kenneth), son John (wife Suzanne), grandson Kevin, niece Norma, cousin Emma Campa and family. She will be deeply missed

Visitation will be Friday September 29, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home West, with a chapel service at 3:00 pm.
