Frances Earle Deckard, 87, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 in Dallas Texas. She was born to parents Mathis and Loreene Bogus in Stranger, Texas on October 10, 1927. Frances is survived by her son Charles Alston. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 5-9pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N. Carolina. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday June 27, 2015 at 1:30pm at Mount Zion Baptist Church 3400 Wyoming Avenue. Interment will follow at Concordia Cemetery.
