He is predeceased by his parents, his daughters, Maria Monclova and Olivia Monclova and his son Enrique Monclova. He is survived by his wife Norberta Monclova, his children: Jesus , Fortino , Mario, Librado, Arturo, Catalina Monclova Lozoya, Josie Monclova Glascock and by 27 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 6 to 9PM with a rosary at 7PM at Our lady of Mt. Carmel Main Church, 131 South Zaragoza. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 9AM at Our lady of Mt. Carmel Main Church, 131 South Zaragoza. Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
