Hector Anselmo Medrano passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 40. He was a resident of Horizon City, Texas. Hector passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a lifetime battle with Cerebral Palsy and Seizure Disorder. He was extremely lovable and taught everyone the true meaning of unconditional love! Hector was known as a fashionista and had many admirers that would visit him to see how he was dressed every day. Hector’s condition never discouraged his family from taking family vacations/outings, which helped him live a happy and fulfilled life. Hector was preceded in death by: Grandfather’s - Anselmo I. Arispe and Hector A. Medrano, Grandmother’s - Julia M. Arispe and Maria G. Medrano, Uncles – Raul A. Arispe and Hector A. Medrano & Aunt Elsa Medrano. Hector is survived by Father Raul Medrano, Mother Mary A. Medrano, Brother’s Jose R. (J.R.) Medrano (wife Jessica, son’s Sean, Antonio, Emilio, & Raul), and Joshua I. Medrano & Sister’s Julie M. Medrano, and Victoria M. Medrano. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (with a service from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) at Martin Funeral Homes East, 1460 George Dieter, El Paso, Texas 79936. Final viewing on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. at Martin Funeral Homes East. Procession will begin at 8:30 a.m. to Evergreen Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
