Ida Beatrice (Francis) Anderson, a cherished and gentle soul, passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on March 11, 1941, Ida was a resident of El Paso, Texas. She was known for her faithful, generous, selfless, and patient nature.
Ida was predeceased by her loving parents, Beatrice Butler-Francis and James Marshall Francis. She is survived by her son, Sylester Anderson Jr. and his spouse Debbie Anderson, her granddaughter, Krystal, and her great-grandson, Isaiah. Her family and friends will remember her fondly for her kindness and grace.
A visitation will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, located at 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX, on November 4, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A prayer service will follow at the same venue from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The graveside service will take place at Evergreen East Funeral Home & Cremations, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
In honor of Ida's love for comfort, the family requests that attendees wear casual attire to the services. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
