Ida Duran

She was born October 14, 1955 in El Paso, Texas to Roberto and Eliza Duran. She was preceded in death by her father Roberto B. Duran.

She is survived by her mother Eliza Duran, and her siblings Roberta Ann and Arturo Guzman, Danny Duran, and Tina Marie and Omar Sanchez.

Ida was a loving aunt to Carlos Daniel and Liz Duran, Eric Daniel and Angie Duran, Angel Robert Duran, Adrian and Kara Duran, and Danny Duran Jr, Amanda Marie and Alex Lujan, Brianna Brissa Sanchez, Omar Robert and Verenice Sanchez, Diego Sanchez, Hannah Duran, Soledad Duran, Carlos Duran Jr. Eric Duran Jr, Angel Robert Duran Jr, Alizae Renae Duran, Ajay Ryan Duran, Synsemilla Duran, Sylas Duran, Sawyer Duran, Steel Duran, Saylor Duran, Naythan N. Barriga (deceased), Eli G Barriga, Joshua | Duran, Heylie M. Duran, Omar Angel Sanchez, Vicente Christian Sanchez, And Romeo Naythan Barriga.

Pallbearers will be Danny Duran, Carlos Duran, Eric Duran, Angel Duran, Adrian Duran, and Danny Duran Jr.

Ida's love, strength, and devotion to family and friends will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Visitation services will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, located at 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas, 79915, on February 26, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will also take place at the same venue on February 26, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

The Funeral Mass will be conducted at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, situated at 7712 Rosedale St, El Paso, Texas, 79915, on February 27, 2026, at 10:00 am. Following the mass, a Graveside service will be held at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas, 79907, on February 27, 2026, at 11:30 am.

Ida will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
