Ingrid Rosa Brown

Ingrid Rosa Brown, age 81, of El Paso, Texas, formerly of Fulda, Germany passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Ingrid was an only child born to Karl Ludwig and Paula Krieger in Fulda, Germany. Her primary and secondary education was completed in Fulda. Born to her was Ingrid Michelle Starks Broussard. Later Ingrid married James Brown and became a twenty-year military wife.Born to them was Michelle Lynn Brown. After returning to El Paso, Ingrid worked in several different establishments including, as a seamstress, a cook and a Deli Clerk. Ingrid's hobbies included cookin, baking, gardening, entertaining and traveling. She participated in organizations that sponsored German and American activities in El Paso. Although she was Lutheran, Ingrid attended services of other denominations with friends. Survived by Ingrid Michelle Starks Broussard, Enzi Hekima Starks Broussard, Yori Kina Starks Broussard, Michelle Lynn Brown-Gil and Meeyah Lynn Aurora Gil. Preceded in death by Karl and Paula Krieger Ludwig.

A Christian service will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr. El Paso, TX 79936.
