She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Fernando S. Jaime, her children, Irma Delia Jaime, Fernando G. Jaime, Laura Cynthia Smith, Jesse (Jay) James Jaime, and Jessica Anne Najera; son-in-law William Smith; Rene Caldera; daughters-in-law Juanita (Jenny) Jaime and Peggy Elizabeth Jaime.
She was blessed with 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren; their respective spouses and several great great grandchildren. She was also a Tia, a Godmother, a cousin, and a wonderful friend to many.
Her life was a true testament of her love and devotion to Jesus Christ and Our Lady of Guadalupe.
She was a proud alumni of El Paso High School and a presence within her community. She previously served as the elections precinct chair for the Hidden Valley Neighborhood. Her charismatic spirit made her a great leader and entertainer. She had a beautiful singing voice and was a musician of the guitar and piano.
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She leaves behind a legacy of love, wisdom, strength, and generosity that will bind and forever guide us.
Thank you for your love, support, honesty, and nurturing over the years. We are truly blessed. We love you. Rest in peace.

A rosary will occur Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915. A funeral will occur Friday, December 29, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Little Flower Catholic Church, 171 Polo Inn Rd, El Paso, TX 79915. A graveside will occur Friday, December 29, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irma's memory may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church - Parish Endowment Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Rescue Mission of El Paso.
