Jack is survived by his wife, Ruja Maniloue Cohen; son David Cohen.
A graveside service for Jack will be held Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at B'nai Zion Cemetery, Gateway West, El Paso, Texas 79905.
