James Donald Bailey

James was born on December 30, 1929. Jim was a veteran of the Korean War and subsequently graduated from Baylor Dental School with a doctorate in dental surgery. He specialized in pediatrics and opened the first practice of that type in El Paso Texas. Other than his family his passions were golf and horses which included both pleasure and racehorses. He also possessed a variety of skills which included farming, hunting and piloting his own personal aircraft.

James is survived by his; daughter Rebecca Sue McDonald (Spencer Norbert McDonald); son Jerry Dale Bailey (Suzee Bailey); and daughter Katherine Gale Niles (John Alfonso Niles). He was preceded in death by his spouse, Betty Sue Bailey, and Grandson Christopher Jason McDonald.

Graveside service to be held February 1, 2020, at 10:30 AM at Memory Gardens of the Valley; 4900 McNutt Rd. Santa Teresa NM.
