Mario Javier Villa (Jay) passed away July 28 in El Paso. He is preceded in death by his wife Esther O. Villa. Jay is survived by his children: David Villa, Yvonne Gutierrez, Norma Aguilar, Bernice Jackson and Laura Gonzalez, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; siblings: Luis Villa, Francisco J. Villa, Alicia Villa and Theresa Ramirez. Graduated from Jefferson in 1957 and worked for Pepsi for 52 years. Visitation: 5-9 pm Sunday, August 2 at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Vigil at 7 pm. Funeral Mass: 9:30 am Monday, August 3 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
