I send my sincerest Sympathies to all of you.  Gwen was so kind to inform me of Joyce's passing so that I could forward this note to you.  Hollie, I remember what a strong and admirable woman your mom was and how I tried to mold myself based on her attributes.  I was a so deeply inspired by her.  I'm sure that your mother's influence had a great deal to do with the woman I've become.  I am very sad and grieve with you today.  Thank you so much for sharing your memories of her through this video.  I will keep all of you in my prayers.

There are no words to adequately cover what grief is or what you have to do to get over it. Joyce was a kind and wise person. Her kindness and goodness helped the planet.

My sincere and deepest Sympathies to ALL of you. Although it is you, Hollie, Pat and Annie who I know best, I feel almost as close to you also, Kathy and Dick, having the pleasure of sharing a swim in your pool with your dear, beautiful Mom. She was a most gracious, sweet, and lovely woman who certainly touched my life as much as her daughters have, although we see so little of each other. You are all deep in my heart at this difficult time and thank you for sharing this amazing person, your Mother with me as I have enjoyed all the wonderful photos you have posted of her rich life.

Dear Alison and all the Reynolds and Fergusons,
 Thanks for sharing the slide show of your mother and grandmother. She was a beautiful lady who seemed to enjoy the best life had to offer, the simple pleasures which are the priceless ones. I especially loved the pictures showing her as a young girl and with the children when they were young. I'll keep all of you close in my thoughts and prayers as you grieve the loss of this sweet woman and as you celebrate her life in its entirety.

Dear Grandma,
I never remember a moment in my life when you weren't genuinely happy to see me, and seeing you was always one of the highlights of coming home.  I will miss you greatly and will always remember the support and interest you had in all of my hobbies, except that you never let me trade in my bicycle for a motorcycle...  From dinasours, to shipwrecks, to trains and bicycles you have always sought an interest in everything I seemed to love and I will always love you for that.  

When I would stay at your house I remember how hard you tried to switch off ALL the alarms on every clock, but there was always one or two that made it passed inspection.  I never really minded and I guess I will always wear a watch because of this influence (without an alarm of course).  

Thank you for all your love, support, recorded discovery channel specials, good memories and positive influences.  You have left a legacy of good people in this world who will never forget you and all that you have done for us.
