Julia Lucero, 78, of El Paso, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 18th 2014. Julia enjoyed taking care of her loved ones and tending to her flowers. She is survived by her husband, Reynaldo Lucero, her loved ones, Bruce Fertel, Debra Fertel, Kerry Fertel, Randy Fertel, Melissa Fertel, Nathan Pingor and Jenny Fertel. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home West at 4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Humane Society of El Paso.
