Kenneth is survived by his wife, Lucy Piña Hedman; his son Carl Wesley Hedman; and his daughter Tonia Elena Hedman; his siblings: Lois Johnson of Everett, Washington, Gerald Hedman of Montrose, Colorado, Robert Hedman of Seattle, Washington, and Leroy Hedman of Marysville, Washington.

Visitation for Kenneth will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM with Prayer Service to be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a final Visitation to be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N Resler Dr, El Paso, Texas 79912. Graveside Service will follow at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
