Its is with sadness and broken heart that we announce that our beautiful Lily, peacefully passed away at home, in her sleep on Friday, April 16, 2021. With God's help, for years our beloved Lily, had survived so many health battles... to be there for her family. "por algo me dejo vivir Dios, me necesita mi familia,' she would say. She is now reunited in heaven with her mom (Amalia), Father (Merced), brothers (Neto,
Ruben), and sisters ( Mercedes and "Baby"). Lily was born (on November 9, 1936) and raised in El Paso to Amalia and Merced Muro. A proud Bowie High School graduate, she became a life-long alumnus. She worked at several Day Cares for a number of years because she loved taking care of children. Lily loved to dance at all Bowie functions and tardeadas. Her passions were vacationing to many locations, shopping and dancing to Mexican, Country and Oldies music, but she lived for the love of her family. After High School, she married her sweetheart Adolfo and they were married for almost 65 years, they had a daughter Cindy (Larry Husband), two sons Michael (Alejandrina Wife), Roberto, her sister Mollie was her "partner-in-crime" for shopping. She is survived by her husband, her loving daughter, sons and sister. Her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and many good friends, will love and miss her so much.
