Armando was born in Rincon De Ramos, Aguascalientes, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his son, Manuel Lopez. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maria G. Lopez and his children, Imelda Castanon and husband Carlos Castanon, Gerardo Lopez and wife Veronica Lopez, Fabian Lopez and wife Gabriela Lopez, Gabriela Romero and husband David Romero, Susana Palacios and Jeremiah Lopez. Armando was blessed with many grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He moved his family to the United States over 49 years ago. He worked as a Diary Farmer for over 25 years in El Paso, Texas. He was an active member in his church and was a fan of the New York Yankees.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Martin Funeral Home East from 2:00-5:00pm. Final viewing will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10:00am at Martin Funeral Home East, followed by the burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
