Manuel is survived by his wife, Velia A.Oliver; his children Manuel Adrian Oliver and daughter Janette Isis Smith; his siblings James Oliver, Molly Buettner and Bernabe Oliver Davis; his grandchildren Miranda Natalia Gomez, Christian Oliver Smith and Brenden Alan Smith.
Manuel was preceded in death by his sister Lucille James.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A vigil service will occur Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A funeral mass will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 at 9:30 AM at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 10970 Bywood Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside service will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
