Manuel is survived by his wife Silvia Ramos; children Naiche Ramos, Sacheen Ramos, Jeremiah Ramos; grandchildren Madeline Elsey, Damien Ramos; sisters Lupe Oviedo, Maria Ramirez; nieces and nephew Vanessa Oviedo, Diana Oviedo, Wanda Ramirez, and Anthony Ramos.
Visitation for Manuel will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Rosary at 7:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N Resler Dr, El Paso, Texas 79912. Funeral Mass will take place Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W Sunset Rd, El Paso, Texas 79922. Graveside Service will follow at 12:00 PM at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 4900 McNutt Rd., Santa Teresa, NM 88008.
