Manuel is survived by his hija Leticia Ugarte; and his hija Margie Ugarte; his hermana Teresa Caraveo and his hermana Esperanza Ugarte.

A vigilia will occur Tuesday, September 14, 2021, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso. A misa funebre will occur Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, 12200 Vista Del Sol Drive, El Paso. A servicio en el cementerio will occur Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 11:30 AM.
