Maria Salvadora Placencia

She was born in Santa Maria de Los Angeles, Jalisco, Mexico on November 21st, 1920. She was the daughter of Francisco and Josefa Marquez. She married Andres Placencia, and they moved with their two sons Nicolas and Elpidio to the United States on November 8th, 1954. She continued to live in El Paso for the rest of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Andres Placencia, her two sons, Nicolas Placencia and Elpidio Placencia and granddaughter Stephanie Placencia.

She is survived by her sons Jesus (Ercelia) Placencia and Filomeno (Maria Luisa) Placencia and her daughter Rosa Maria (Martin) Arriola. Her legacy on earth is 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren.

The viewing will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, July 25th at Martin Funeral Home, 128 Resler Dr, El Paso, TX 79912. Service will begin at 6:00pm.

Graveside service will be on Wednesday, July 26th at 11:00am at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938.
