On December 1st, 2021, Martha Alicia Medina’s triumphant battle with cancer reached a halt as God decided her time for rest had come. Martha is survived by her husband, Jesus M Medina; her sons Jesus M Medina Jr, Jaime Medina, and Marco Antonio Medina; her daughter Veronica Cobarrubias; along with her four brothers and three sisters. Martha was a perfect wife, loving mother, vibrant sister, and a selfless grandmother. The mourning of this blessed soul comes as no surprise as Martha impacted every life she crossed paths with. In this time of grief, we reflect on her legacy in hopes of finding camaraderie through the life of Martha. Being heavily devoted to her faith, Martha saw no fallacy in God. She lived her life in unison with the Lord allowing him to exist vicariously through her. This was exemplified in her selfless nature, showcasing the ability to give, even when the financial investments were not ideal. Her values were held in sentiment as opposed to monetary value. Martha was one of superlative traits, which will never fall short of admirable. The woman that is Martha, grandiose as always in her appearance, will be missed greatly. Her love will continue to exist through her 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Although her body lay at rest now, her spirit will continue to live on forever through those who loved her.
Martha was preceded in death by her daughter Alma Delia Medina; her parents Elias and Josefina Perez; her brother Agustin Perez; and her grandson Angel Cobarrubias
