Mercedes J. Beltran, age 80, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Daughter of Maria And Vincent Lombardi who have preceded in death. She is survived by her children: Carlos Beltran and Omar Haro. Also survived by her loving grandchildren:(Carlos) Sarah, Chance, Brittney, Stephanie, Kaitlyn,Justin, Hope, Blake, Tiffany, (Omar) Annabel, Omar and Aiden.
