Ofelia Santillan Martinez, passed on April 26, 2026, at the age of 78, and was a resident of El Paso, Texas. Ofelia is survived by five brothers: Ruben Santillan, Jose Santillan, Antonio Santillan, Alejandro Santillan, and Miguel Santillan.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904, on May 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will take place at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Dr, El Paso, Texas 79904, on May 5, 2026, at 9:30 am, followed by a Graveside Service at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904, on May 5, 2026, at 10:30 am.
