Phillip L. Marr 77 years of age passed away peacefully on August 7, 2014. He is survived by his sons: Sean P. Marr and Brendan M. Marr; daughter: Kathleen S. Marr; brother: Douglas W. Marr and sister: Barbara J. O'Neill. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 9:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 11:00 am at Jesus and Mary Chapel located at 1401 W. Yandell. Rite of Committal will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
