Ray is survived by his spouse, Krishna Lara; his father, Jose Balderrama; his children, Jordan Balderrama, Santana Raye Balderrama, and Sonny Balderrama. He is also survived by his brother, Ruben Balderrama (April); his brother, Rene Balderrama (Crystal); and his sister, Valerie Balderrama (Vance).

He was predeceased by his mother, Alicia Balderrama, and his daughter, Brooklyn Love Balderrama.

Forever missed and loved endlessly.

The field was where his heart felt at home—

a brotherhood he cherished and a love for the game that never left him.
