Reyna Rosalia Davila

1947 – 2016

Reyna Rosalia Davila, our loving mother and grandmother passed away December 26, 2016 after spending Christmas with all of us. Her accomplishments in life were many. Among them was opening a popular restaurant in El Paso – Reyna’s Restaurant, being a Nurse and an accomplished Retail Sales Lady. Reyna was born in Veracruz, Mexico and grew up in Mexico City. She later married Jose Luis Gomez

Lopez (passed away in 2013) and lived in Mexico City, Mexico, Sterling, Illinois and El Paso, Texas.

However, her biggest accomplishment was her five children that survive her, Jose Luis Gomez, Jr., German R. Gomez, Carlos Gomez, Enoch Gomez and Martha B. Jayme. Her daughters in law, Rosario

Gomez, Sylvia Gomez, Siraina Papa, Yvette Gomez and son in law Jorge Jayme. Her sisters Antonieta,

Blanca and Perla. Her 14 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren and many more extended family

members. She will be greatly missed but we know that we will see her again someday. There will be a
