Richard Edwin Loucks Jr., age 80, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. Richard was born March 5, 1946, to the late Richard E. Loucks and Gwen Ellen Loucks in Janesville, Wisconsin.
Richard had no survivors. He was a longtime banker and an Air Force veteran. His wife, Loretta Rose Loucks, preceded him in death on October 8, 2021.
A visitation for Richard will be held on Tuesday, March 24,2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr., El Paso, Texas 79936. Following the visitation, there will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, TX 79906.
