Robert is survived by his spouse, Peggie Herrera; his daughter Christie Contreras; his daughter Susan Gonzalez; his daughter Diana Soto; his daughter Elizabeth Herrera; and his daughter Michelle Herrera; his mother Irene Herrera; his brother David Herrera, his brother Raymond Herrera, his sister Sally Ramirez, his sister Irene Herrera and his sister Erma Kirkley.

A memorial service for Robert will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904.
