Seiko Kobayashi Forrester passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Seiko was born in Tokyo, Japan on July 30, 1928. She married her husband Elzie in 1953, migrating to the US in 1956. Together they raised four children, Linda Tomlinson, Nancy Forrester, James Forrester and Robert Forrester. Seiko always had a love for plants and flowers, as a young woman she created floral arrangements for the Officers Club. She became a cosmetologist and worked in her home shop for many years. Seiko was very active with her crafting club, exercise routine and enjoyed lunch with friends and family. She was independent and happy to be able to take care of herself, always loving and giving to friends and family alike. She loved to sew clothing and quilts, would make her delicious fried rice for club luncheons, and made jewelry which she gave as gifts to her friends. Family members will miss her loving presence until we meet again. Preceded in death by her husband Elzie C.
