Vicente Delgadillo Jr.

Vicente Delgadillo Jr., 53, of El Paso, Texas, was called home to Heaven on Wednesday August 10, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Margie, his children Samantha Lynn and Vincent Buster, mother-in-law Cristina Molina, six siblings to include Sylvia Suarez, his mother Sabina Carrasco, and countless loved ones whose lives he changed with his love and friendship. He was a devoted school board member for his beloved town of San Elizario for 16 unopposed years where he worked to better the lives of every child in the district. He was an avid equestrian and shared his knowledge with many who shared his love of the lifestyle. Special thanks to sweet and thoughtful people of SEISD for making it possible for his wife to be present on his final stretch of life. The family would like to extend their undying gratitude to Dr. Manuel Palofox, Dr. Oscar Munoz, and the wonderful staff of Hospice El Paso for helping to lessen the pain and ease the passing of this great man. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
