Victor was born on March 3, 1943, El Paso, TX. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a generous heart. He always gave of himself and always thought of others.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe L. and Hilaria Valverde, his sisters, Maria Elena and Rosalia Valverde and brother Carlos Valverde.
He is survived by his siblings, Oscar L. Valverde (brother), Irene Valverde (sister-in-law), Patricia Bowser (sister), Joseph Bowser (brother-in-law), Gina Valverde-Linstrom (niece), James Linstrom (nephew-in-law), Oscar L. Valverde,Jr. (Nephew), Christopher Valverde (nephew).

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills followed by burial at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 El Paso TX.
