Victor is survived by; mother Lucia Alicia Vidal; brother Albert Dominguez, brother Tavo Vidal, brother Ivan Mark Dominguez, sister Michelle Colon, sister Monica Vidal, sister Veronica Matthews, sister Sonia Vidal and sister Dominique Nehring; "Dog" Romo and "Dog" Reba.

Victor was preceded in death by; father Miguel Vidal, brother Evan Dominguez,

A Visitation for Victor will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N Resler Dr, El Paso, Texas 79912, followed by a Prayer Service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
