Vincent Rene Rubalcava

Vincent Rene Rubalcava, age 38, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023, a kind hearted man gone too soon. He was not a fan of small talk, he preferred deep conversations about philosophy, theology and literature. He had a great sense of humor. Vince was known to often tell jokes and make people laugh. As an animal lover, he nurtured his pets like they were his children. His beloved dog, Harry, was waiting for him in heaven. He was currently caring temporarily for a family members dog, Lucy, in which he took pride in being trusted with.

Vincent had a passion for music, he was an amazing guitarist and played in many local bands and with friends over the years. His extensive guitar collection was his pride and joy. He enjoyed concerts, music festivals and traveling with his friends. One of his favorite hobbies besides music was playing a game called Warhammer in which he played since he was a young teenager up until the time of his departing.

Vincent was a creative minded individual who was never concerned with fitting in, and stood apart beautifully. His family is proud of how talented, funny, smart, dependable, loving, and well rounded he was. He had a heart full of love and kindness.

He is survived by his loving parents Olivia and Rudy Zaragoza, his older brothers Jose and Antonio Rubalcava, his younger sister Zian Zaragoza, and his nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Vincent will be held Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with Rosary at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. Funeral mass will be Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N. Clark, El Paso, Texas.
