William (Bill) Armas was a loving and caring husband. Bill was very patriotic and out spoken. He was retired when he passed away June 28, 2022. Bill was elected and served 8.5 years as an Alderman for Horizon City, Texas. He was self employed and owned "Armas and Company." He was well acomplished in the areas of Business Management, Operations, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Transportation for 30 plus years. Bill was survived by his loving and caring wife of 26 years Maria Minerva Briones, who was by his bed side till the end. He was also survived by his five siblings Margie, Rick, Linda, Danny and Silvia. God bless and Rest in Peace Bill. We all love you.
