He was a native of Hardin County, a 2003 graduate of Breckinridge County High School and a 2013 graduate of Sullivan University. He worked for Metalsa.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sherward Blair.
Survivors include his daughter, Lydia Blair of Sonora; his girlfriend, Kelsey Bernard of Sonora; his mother, Phyllis Allen Blair of Custer; a sister, Nancy Blair of Custer; a brother, James Blair of Hodgenville; two nieces and two nephews.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Howevalley Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and continue after Wednesday at the funeral home.
