

Henry served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. After his retirement, he continued to serve as a coordinator for the Disabled American Veterans in Columbus, OH, by helping other veterans apply for benefits. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion all in Columbus, OH. He enjoyed carpentry work and loved his Aussie-German Shepherd, Sargeant.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Abraham and Yvonne Clark Snodgrass; a brother John Charles Snodgrass; a nephew, Bryan Christopher Snodgrass; a great nephew, Corey Snodgrass; and a niece-in-law, Karen Snodgrass.
He is survived by his daughters, Jacqualine (Daniel) Wehmeyer, Boston, KY, Carrielynn Snodgrass, TX, and Dorothy Snodgrass, Radcliff, KY; ex-wife, Barbara Snodgrass, Boston, KY; grandchildren, Caitlin (Tim) Wehmeyer, Middlesboro, KY, James (Cassidy), Boston, KY, Rhiannon Snodgrass, Fairfax, VA, Michael Baker, Stafford, VA, Keenan and Quintin Stevenson, TX; great grandchild, Hazel Wehmeyer, Boston, KY, a sister-in-law, Sue Snodgrass, Goosecreek, SC; a niece, Jessica Snodgrass, Goosecreek, SC, two nephews, David Snodgrass, and J.C. (Heather) Snodgrass, Columbus, OH and three great nieces, Taylor Simcoe, Rikki Foster and Hannah Snodgrass, Columbus, OH.
A service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
