Jack Mason Collins

He was a native of Boyle County and retired from the United States Army; he was a Vietnam Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucien Collins and Virginia M. Young Kennedy.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Hall Collins; four sons, Jim (Jennifer) Collins of Austin, TX, Kurtis (Valerie) Collins of Radcliff, Arthur (Beverly) Collins of Taylorsville, and Jack Collins of Spokane, WA; a sister, Geneva (Lanis) Goodlett of Harrodsburg; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews that were very close to his heart.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow with military honors in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
