She was born on November 8, 1931, in Evansville, Indiana to the late George Dravis and Zinie Bell Haynes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Gross; her parents; one son, Jackie Gross; one daughter, Barbara Baize; brothers, Willie Haynes and Gene Haynes; sisters, Margie Jones and Louise Blevins; a daughter-in-law, Doris Gross; a son-in-law, Gary Terry; two great-granddaughters, Tamara and Santana.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary L. Hudson and Macie Terry, both of Big Clifty; one son, Buddy (Linda) Gross of LaGrange; two sisters, Joyce (Bob) Williams of Big Clifty and Judy Logsdon of Sonora; a brother, Tommy Haynes of Glasgow; 19 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 53 great-great-grandchilren.
The funeral is at 11 AM on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Chris McGuffin officiating.
Burial follows in White Mills Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM on Friday, February 13th and continues after 9 AM on Saturday until the time of service at the funeral home.
