He was preceded in death by his father, Whetsel Mullins and a brother, Douglas Mullins.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Alice Mullins of Jenkins; four brothers, Ralph Mullins, Thomas Mullins and Randall Mullins all of Elizabethtown and Garrett Mullins of Virginia; three sisters, Helen Southwell and Darlene Davis both of Michigan and Carolyn Potter of Jenkins and 7 nephews and 6 nieces.
A Graveside service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Big Rock, Virginia.
