She was a native of Campbellsville, a member of Franklin Crossroads Baptist Church, and was a chef at Bluegrass Assistant Living.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Oneida Baxter Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband, Larry L. Bell of Cecilia; two sons, Charles Todd Bell of Cecilia and Marc (Theresa) Bell of Cincinnati; a daughter, Tonya Bird of Elizabethtown; a sister, Delores Vance; and three grandchildren, Gwen Bell, Jennifer Bell, and Jesse Bird.
